Technical Integrations and Business Challenges Workshop

The evolution of the Phase Forward InForm ITM clinical data management platform, its open and extensible architecture and the ease of integration with third-party technologies has matured to the point where, from the initial deployment of clinical trials, clinical sponsors are leveraging complementary third-party technologies when deploying InForm studies.

With over a decade of process and workflow interoperability experience integrating with complementary technologies such as Interactive Voice Response Systems (IVRS) and CDISC Lab data from Central and Local labs, Phase Forward continues to provide strategic direction and practical best practices for how best to select, integrate and deploy these technologies - extending the InForm ITM unified and integrated platform.

This 3-hour workshop will explore the processes and best practices used to successfully integrate technical solutions in clinical trials.  Phase Forward technical consultants will facilitate discussions about real-life integrations covering topics that include the determination of goals, planning and execution, and the tracking of progress against business goals.
