Russell J. Campanello

Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Administration

Renowned for his expertise on the strategic role of human resources in business, Russ Campanello brings to the position more than 25 years of industry experience and is responsible for all human resources (HR) and organizational development activities at Phase Forward.

Campanello previously served as the senior vice president of HR and Marketing at Keane, Inc., a nearly $1 billion business process and information technology consulting firm with more than 10,000 employees worldwide. At Keane, Campanello was responsible for leading the selection, development and retention of the highly specialized global workforce, and directing the company's investments in advertising, branding, public relations, direct and online communications and sales support programs.

Prior to Keane, Campanello held senior HR roles at NerveWire, a management consulting and systems integration firm; Genzyme Corp., one of the world's leading biotechnology companies with more than 9,500 employees and Lotus Development Corporation.

Campanello attended Suffolk's Executive MBA program, and holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Lowell.
